Hello! I’m Hollie.

I am an illustrator, designer and maker from Hampshire in the south of England.

I am inspired by nature, people and patterns and love experimenting with textures, colour and characters to create colourful and heartwarming designs.

I studied Illustration at The Arts University College at Bournemouth and also graduated from the Art & Business of Surface Pattern Design course. I even have an NVQ in craft bakery. I just love designing and making things!

I have a growing portfolio of greetings cards on Thortful.com that are popular, especially my Mothers day, Fathers day and Easter cards.

In the past I have designed work for; 18 Words, DHL, WHSmiths, TJX, Milly Green, Anniversary House, Creative Party, Tickle and Main, The Halo Trust, Right at Home, Primarysite, Chester Zoo, among others.

As well as being an illustrator, I have a lot of experience as a graphic designer and artworker and have worked with international companies on huge projects.
For the past 10 years I have been part of a small team, as designer and artworker (and for the past 3 years, the head designer) and also an account manager on an annual multi-language, multi-country project for DHL. I take pride in my hard work and attention to detail and the people around the world that I work with have appreciated that too.
